You Are Not Alone

iwv-bgqufao-ben-whiteDesperate people do daring things.

There are three you’s—the public you, the you around close friends, and the you when you’re alone. Jesus is interested in the you when you’re alone.

Elijah walked with God. He had a cave and got the victory all alone.

If you get the victory alone, you’ll have the victory in public.

Elijah got the victory proving God is God and defeated 400 prophets of Baal. Queen Jezebel threatened him and he feared for his life.

Cinderella had the ball, but then she had to go back to cleaning floors.

After the victory, be sure to go back to that alone place with God. Get to the point where even in public, you can close your eyes and be with God.

God plus you is a majority. You are NEVER alone!

Hannah was desperate. So, she went to the House of God and prayed. God recognizes desperation. Fear causes you to do nothing, but desperation causes you to do daring things.

The people around you don’t know what you’re going through, but Jesus KNOWS.

Jesus said, ‘My sheep hear My voice.’ You can hear Him. You may feel like you’re so far from Him and you’re all alone. Your feelings are wrong! He is still reaching for you. He loves you and is speaking to YOU right now. You are never alone! He is always right here. HE is the God who is HERE with you.

Just look up and reach for Him. He will lead you. You are never alone. If you look down at the sand, you’ll see two sets of footprints. When you see only one set, it’s when Jesus picked you up and carried you. He put His face next to yours and spoke words of love and comfort.

He’s reaching for you right now. Take His hand and walk with Him.

The crazy stuff going on in your head is no surprise to Jesus. He is still reaching for you. He still loves you.

Jacob feared for his life knowing Esau and his four hundred were coming for him. He sent everyone on so they’d be safe and got alone with God. He wrestled with Him and was forever changed.

Jesus knows your battles. He knows what you’re going through.

Jacob struggled and fought with his nature—swindler, liar. He got alone and wanted to hear the voice of God. He wouldn’t let God go. He refused to let go. The angel popped him in the hip so he couldn’t walk right. Jacob wanted to be changed. Jacob’s name was changed to Israel—Prevailed with God. His walk was changed. He was changed.

Get alone with God and let Him change you. It will be noticeable to everyone around you. Get changed—transformation.
