What Is Your Focus?

Col 3:2 “Set your affection on things above, not on things on earth.” Look unto the Fields!

Seek the Lord in 2013 and seek after what is most precious to His heart—the Fields.

The church should be filled with people teaching Bible Studies around a coffee table. Hunger is beautiful. ‘They that hunger and thirst after righteousness SHALL BE FILLED.’

We must get busy and teach Bible Studies this year. It’s time to sow seeds in 2013.

Go up and Go in. Look up (to the Lord Jesus) and go in (to the Fields). Start going into the Fields and witness. There’s an alcoholic that’s praying for a church to reach him. We’ve got to reach this city.

It is time to sow in 2013!

Mark 16:17-18 “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”

If you are armed with the book of Acts, chapters 2, 8, 10, and 19 are all you need. Leave behind those who don’t want it and go after the hungry.

Psalm 126:5 “They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.”

When was the last time you sowed in tears?

Ecc. 11:4-6 “He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap. As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all. In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.”

II Cor 9:6 “But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.” There is an unchangeable law of God. If you sow a little, you’ll get a little, if you sow a lot, you’ll get a lot. God wants to bless you, but it is conditional. You have to sow. Break up the fallow ground.

Don’t compromise anything! I don’t want that kind of revival, a swelling of people rather than a true change of heart. I believe in holiness, separation from the world.

Get off of FaceBook and get your Face in the Book!

Our passion needs to be to reach the lost. Break up the fallow ground. Your heart needs to be broken in order to reach the lost. You’ve let weeds and thistles grow in your heart. People don’t feel the love of God when they talk to you.

‘Come out from among them and be separate…Having therefore these promises…’ Separation is holiness. If we are to have revival, it’s because we’re a city set up on a hill. ‘Rend your hearts, not your garments.’ Don’t worry if you’re broke or blessed, still tell the gospel to the lost.

If you’ve got time to mess around with sin, then you’re not looking to the field.
