Note: In the United Pentecostal Church International, children can start Bible Quizzing as early as 3 years of age. There are four levels. The Beginners, ages 3-8, memorize over 170 Bible verses. The Juniors, ages 9-11, memorize around 280. The Intermediates, ages 12-14, memorize approximately 420 verses. The Experienced division, ages 15-18, memorizes over 500 verses of Scripture. This is all done in the King James version and must be word-perfect. Then, the kids must answer questions involving location, cross-reference, perfect quotation, etc. That Sword of the Spirit is sharpened mightily and gives our children a ready defense against the lure of the world and the wiles of Satan and his horde.

You’re welcome! We’re pretty excited about Bible Quizzing here. It’s so incredible (and humbling) to see these children and young people hiding God’s Word in their hearts. God bless you too!
